Overview

The WashTools Dual Pivot Wrap System is a complete cleaning system designed to target the front and sides of vehicles with a single pass of coverage and the backs of vehicles with a double pass.  Each side brush is mounted to a primary and secondary arm giving the brush a long travel path as well as the ability to "knuckle" allowing for added contact time around mirrors and the backs of vehicles.  Each brush is driven by an electric motor and gearbox and utilizes an included VFD panel to control the motors.  This VFD has several brush torque sensing control features that are superior to hydraulically driven systems and allows the brush to actively contour the vehicle surface using an on board control system.  The closed cell foam material maintains uniform impingement during the wash day and is rinsed by injecting a rinse solution inside of the brush hub via the included manifold and rinse system that titrates detergents and lubricity solutions.
