Overview
The WashTools Wheel Chemical System is a self contained wheel and tire foam application system. Driver and passenger side manifolds are each fed with a wheel/tire cleaning liquid solution and compressed air. They are then mixed by a foaming device and then applies to the vehicle with (2) nozzles per manifold. Feeding these manifolds is a pump unit which uses a Hydrominder to pre-mix the liquid wheel/tire solution. Upon receiving a signal from the tunnel controller, an air valve will open sending air to the manifolds and a pump will also activate to deliver the pre-mixed cleaning solution to both the manifolds. An optional floor treadle is also available to provide the start signal to to pump if an output is not available from the tunnel controller
