Overview

The WashTools 70" Hydraulic Side Brushes provide excellent cleaning coverage to the upper and lower sections of vehicles.  The brushes use a closed cell foam  which is non absorbent material.  With proper rinsing, the possibility of foreign material such as sand from being lodged into the cleaning material and causing damage to vehicle surfaces is virtually eliminated.  These non absorbent qualities are also very helpful during the wash day as the weight of the brushes will not change during the wash day giving the side cleaners a set it and forget it process when it comes to setting the brush impingement into vehicle surfaces.  The 70" Hydraulic Side Brush is built on a stainless steel ground mounted frame and the main mechanical components being located close to the floor giving the customers a friendly open bay wash experience.  The motor and gearbox are directly coupled to the drive hub and are shielded from the wash process by being housed under the arm of the side brush.

Installation

The installation of the side brush system is straight forward. The Service Pack documents that are provided with the product shipment include complete installation and startup instructions.
