Overview
The WashTools Conveyor Mounted Photoeyes are a set of photoeyes with housings that have self contained amplifiers and do not require a separate amplifier box inside the equipment room to operate. Each housing contains a frame to be mounted to the conveyor and a photo eye with 30' attached lead wires. The sensor set operates on a through beam principal where an output signal is activated if the sensor beam is broken when a vehicle passes between the two sensors. Alignment signals are built into the eye to assist with the alignment process.

Conveyor Trench |
The eyes housing are to be welded to the exterior wall of the conveyor trench. They are to be positioned such that the beam will be broken by a passing tire, but not by a passing roller. A 1/2" drilled hole is required thru the conveyor trench wall for the beam. |

Installation
