Overview
Features

- Oscillating mitter motion combines the cleaning effectiveness of a front to back mitter and a side to side mitter all in one piece of equipment
- 160 individual fingers of cleaning material insure complete coverage of the tops of any vehicle that passes under the mitter
- Stainless steel frame construction, linkages and fasteners
- Fluid manifold to provide lubrication and rinsing for cleaning material
- Wet environment TEFC motor eliminates hydraulic drive system inefficiencies and leak potential onto vehicle and cleaning material
- Robust linkage and drive system ensures low maintenance and reliable performance
Overview
The WashTools 3X Foaming Oscillating Mitter uses a curtain of gentle material and an oscillating (elliptical) motion to perform exceptional cleaning. The oscillating motion increases cleaning effectiveness of the material by providing continuous motion to the material as opposed to the start and stop motion of a front to back or side to side mitter. In addition, the typical slapping of material onto the vehicle using the start and stop motion is eliminated with the Oscillating Mitter increasing customer comfort with reduced noise and impact inside the passenger compartment. The rugged mitter frame consists of non-corrosive stainless steel and the smooth oscillating motion is achieved through a simplified drive method; reducing wear and maintenance. An overhead manifold is designed to deliver fresh or reclaim rinse water, soap or lubricity solutions.
