Overview

The WashTools High Pressure Side Cleaners with Side Profiling are a set of floor mounted high pressure cleaning components designed to target the sides of vehicles.   The side profiling allows the passenger side manifold to maintain an impingement distance of 16" from the vehicle surface regardless of the vehicle width using a parallelogram assembly.  Each side includes a frame, main manifold, truck and van manifold, nozzles and high pressure solenoid valve.  The passenger side also includes a parallelogram assembly that extends out to the wheels of a vehicle and maintains that distance as the vehicle moves past the manifold.  Using V-Jet nozzles, the main manifolds are designed to cover passenger cars and some smaller SUVs or light trucks.  When needed the tuck and van manifolds can be activated to add additional coverage to taller vehicles.  These side cleaners are commonly used in touch free and hybrid applications to provide high pressure side prepping and side washing.

Installation
