Overview

The WashTools High Pressure Side Cleaners are a set of floor mounted high pressure cleaning components designed to target the sides of vehicles.  Each side includes a frame, main manifold, truck and van manifold, nozzles and high pressure solenoid valve.  Using V-Jet nozzles, the main manifolds are designed to cover passenger cars and some smaller SUVs or light trucks.  When needed the tuck and van manifolds can be activated to add additional coverage to taller vehicles.  These side cleaners are commonly used in touch free and hybrid applications to provide high pressure side prepping and side washing.  A side profiling option (CC-1460) commonly used in high pressure cleaning is available to allow the passenger side manifold to maintain an impingement distance of 16" from the vehicle surface regardless of the vehicle width.

Installation
